"Paul is Tom and Adelle's Dad. He originally qualified as an environmental health officer working across South Wales with experience amongst many other things, running animal welfare, licensing and dog warden services. He was Chief Environmental Health Officer with Monmouthshire County Council until leaving local government in 2000 to pursue a career as a management consultant in the private sector. He qualified as a Barrister in 2011 and worked in London until the COVID pandemic when he decided it might be a good time to retire. The opportunity to get onboard and support Tom on his mission was too good to be true and he now spends most of his days working remotely from his computer, keeping the pack on track whilst dreaming of where to go next in his campervan."
Adelle
